December 2020: 31 Days of Self-Care!
Hey friends! I wanted to share something special with you. I’ll be hosting 31 days of Self-Care on my Instagram account and I’d be THRILLED if you’d join me! I think we could all use a little extra self-care right about now.
Here’s the plan. Every day in December, you can try out a self-care strategy. These ideas came from myself and other nurses! Each of the self-care strategies is connected with evidence to support its usefulness in managing stress and burnout AND I’ve associated it with a love language. By the end of this challenge, you’ll hopefully learn a little bit more about yourself and what self-care strategies are most meaningful to you. This will add some tools to your tool belt and allow you to prioritize the ones that impact your well-being the most!
