Any information discussed on The Burnout Book or its affiliated social media sites will comply with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA). 

The Burnout Book and its associated social media sites are designated SAFE ZONES that will respect all aspects of people including race, ethnicity, gender, expression, sexual orientation, socio-economic background, age, religion, body shape, size, and ability. If any content is found to fall outside this safe zone, it will be corrected. 

Those leaving comments on any sites linked with The Burnout Book must follow HIPAA guidelines and should not use any patient identifying information. If any such information is discovered, the comment will be modified or removed to protect the privacy of the individual. Anna the Nurse reserves the right to delete any comments that are found to be offensive, threatening, misleading, inappropriate, or outside the SAFE ZONE, as defined above.
